Construction Projects encounter critical financial stages during the beginning of concept through the completion of the design documents. It is at these stages of the projects that the concept budget is established, the design is developed and translated to construction drawings. KTS provides a proactive approach to constructability, reducing the risk of potential over-runs, avoiding delays, eliminating expensive redesign and avoiding potential costly change orders. This approach includes an ongoing review of the project documents as the design develops providing recommendations to help minimize costly construction problems and potential delays.
