KTS provides Program Management in the overseeing of the design process to achieve beneficial financial and schedule results to projects involving new construction or renovations. A needs analysis is first prepared by the Project Team for the project and client. We then develop a program strategy, creating and presenting alternatives for project delivery, helping the client understand the available options and proposed methods to implement the program.
