KTS Construction Consultants was established in 2003 to provide General Contracting services to the public, private and industrial sectors of the industry. Our principals and key personnel have supported projects and operations in the industrial, commercial, convention centers, theme parks, attractions, retail, restaurant, education and municipal sectors, as well as hotel, resort and timeshare properties, both locally and nationwide.
KTS’s associates have been involved in projects ranging in value of $20,000 to over $1 billion during past history. Since we have established our company, we have concentrated our direction on the retail and commercial construction areas ranging in renovation and new construction to $3 million projects. KTSCI provides its trustworthiness and reliability to each project as well as a solid commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality in all client relationships.
