Project: JoAnn Fabrics Façade Repairs Orlando, Florida
As Project Managers, KTS provided initial Emergency Repairs to exterior façade damaged by Hurricane Charlie to keep tenant operational. A site review of the damages and code deficiencies was done and direction was given to develop the Architectural and structural design. KTS completely removed and rebuilt the facade due to damaged structure and lack of structural strapping and replaced with a code compliant structure. The roof of the facility was also replaced at this time with KTS supporting the owner in Identifying the problems, selecting the materials and subcontractors for the roof. This project was constructed entirely while supporting the Tenant and their requirements to keep open during normal business hours.
