Project: Herndon Plaza K-Mart building – Red Cross Emergency Command Center Orlando, Florida
As Project Managers, KTS provided initial Emergency Repairs to exterior façade damaged by Hurricane Charlie and brought a building that had been mothballed for 7 years into an active state. The work involved expediting permits for fire protection, plumbing, and electrical, reworking wiring, plumbing and HVAC equipment as well as providing day today support to the Red Cross Team in issues dealing with ongoing facility issues and logistics to keep a force of 360 personnel operational during the hurricane period.
