KTS provided guidance in selection of Architecture and engineering to design and then constructed the build-out of a vacant space into a Physical Therapy Office and Practice.. The work included complete demolition and reconstruction of all interior walls, finishes, plumbing, electrical and HVAC for the space. The client’s design incorporated specialized equipment for therapy such as a therapy pool, and therapy/arobic equipment requiring specialized construction considerations and scheduling. Additional requirements were incorporated into the finishes such as special floorings for the therapy areas, all of which requiring close coordination between trades to produce a quality product to the owner’s requirements.
